Golfers order food to their tee time
Golf course software that runs the tee sheet and every food and beverage outlet in one system

Frequently asked questions
- What is Partake?
- Partake is golf course management software. It covers the staff tee sheet, food and beverage point of sale, kitchen display, and a course-branded site where golfers book tee times and order food, plus food cost, CRM, reporting, and an AI manager.
- Is Partake a tee sheet, a POS, or both?
- Both. The tee sheet and the food and beverage POS share one guest record, so the golfer who booked the tee time is the same person on the check.
- Do golfers need to download an app?
- No. Golfers use the course’s own branded site in their phone’s browser to book tee times and order food.
- Can golfers order food to their tee time?
- Yes. On the golfer site an order can go out for pickup, to a table, to an address, or to the golfer’s tee time on the course. It lands on the same POS board the staff use.
- Which payments does Partake take?
- Partake runs on Stripe: cards online, Apple Pay and Google Pay, cards on file, and Stripe Terminal readers in person. Staff can also take cash and gift cards, and member charges post to Golf365.
- Does Partake work with EZ Links / Golf365?
- Yes. Partake looks up members, posts member charges, accepts Golf365 gift cards, and posts food and beverage tickets back to Golf365.
