Reporting
Golf course reporting from the tee sheet and the checks
Partake reports come from the same bookings and checks staff already rang up: sales by location and item, tenders including member charges, shift summaries, guests, and food cost. Filter by location, shift, or date, then export to CSV or Excel (PDF for sales and transaction reports) or have the report emailed.
What you can report on
Every report reads the same checks and payments staff rang up during the day.
A sales dashboard
Sales by location and item for the day, week, or season.
Tenders, including member charges
Shift summaries and inventory
Sales, transactions, orders, ordered items, guests, and payouts
Transactions are grouped by tender for daily reconciliation. Payouts show processor fees, refunds, and net deposits.
Run, filter, and export
Pick the period and the location, then get the report as a file.

Large reports are queued and sent by email so staff do not wait on the screen.
Filter by location, shift, employee, event, and date range
Export to PDF, CSV, or Excel
Reports are emailed when ready, and recently run reports stay in the list to download again.
Food cost and more than one course
Food-cost dashboard from recipes and sales
Recipe and theoretical cost against what the POS actually sold.
Many courses and outlets under one account
Locations and location groups under one organization.
