Privacy policy

1 Who we are

1.1 This Privacy Policy describes how Partake Technologies, Inc. (“Partake,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use Partake staff products, including Everywhere (admin.partake.us and related hosts), related APIs, and sign-in methods such as email and password, Google, Apple, and passkeys.

1.2 This policy applies to staff and subscriber users of the System. Venue guest and consumer apps may also show a venue-specific privacy policy. If you cannot access this page, request a copy from Partake at support@partaketechnologies.com.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Account information. Name, email address, phone number, organization and venue membership, role, and profile details you or your organization provide.

2.2 Authentication information. Password credentials (stored as a hash), Google and Apple account identifiers and email when you choose those sign-in methods, and WebAuthn / passkey credentials (credential id, public key, and device name — not your biometric data, which stays on your device).

2.3 Operations and payment information. Orders, products, guests, reports, and similar business records you enter in the System. Payment card and bank details are processed by our payment processors (including Stripe). Partake does not store full card numbers on its servers.

2.4 Device and usage information. IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and approximate location used for security, fraud prevention, and product operation.

3. How we use information

3.1 We use this information to operate and secure the System, authenticate you, provide customer support, process payments, send transactional messages, improve the product, and meet legal obligations.

3.2 We do not sell your personal information.

4. How we share information

4.1 We share information with service providers that help us run the System, including hosting and infrastructure, payment processing, email and SMS delivery, and sign-in providers you choose (Google or Apple). Those providers may process information only to provide their services to us.

4.2 Your organization administrators can access staff account and operations data for that organization. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the System, our users, or the public.

5. Retention and security

5.1 We retain account and operations data for as long as your organization uses the System and as needed for legal, accounting, and security purposes. You may ask us to delete or correct account information by contacting support@partaketechnologies.com, subject to your organization’s settings and our legal obligations.

5.2 We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

6. Your choices

6.1 You may update profile details in Account settings, add or remove Google, Apple, and passkey sign-in methods, and reset your password. You may also request access, correction, or deletion by emailing support@partaketechnologies.com.

7. Children

7.1 The System is for business use by staff and subscribers. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Changes and contact

8.1 We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is posted at /privacy-policy on this site (including https://partake.golf/privacy-policy). Material changes may also be communicated through the System.
