Veteran-founded
About Partake: veteran-founded golf course software
Partake is veteran-founded golf course management software. Courses run the tee sheet, the food and beverage point of sale, the kitchen display, and a course-branded golfer site in one system. Payments run on Stripe, member charges go through Golf365, and sales post to QuickBooks. Public courses, private clubs, and multi-course groups use it.

Our story
Partake was founded by veterans who moved from serving their country to serving the golf community. We brought the same discipline and attention to detail to building software for golf courses.
Our founders spent years on the fairways and saw the friction firsthand: golfers looking for a great round, and clubs working to fill tee times and serve them well. They set out to close that gap with technology that works for both sides.
Courses use Partake for the tee sheet, food and beverage, and the site golfers book and order on. The work stays grounded in the same idea: make the round easier to run and easier to join.
A veteran-founded company
Our mission
Give golf courses one system for the tee sheet, food and beverage, and the golfer site, so staff spend less time on software and more time on the guest.
Our values
The principles we work by, rooted in military service and a love of the game.
Integrity
We say what the software does and what it does not, and we keep our word to the courses we work with.
Community
We build for the people who run the course and the golfers who play it.
Excellence
We hold the product and our support to a high standard, the same way we were trained to.
Passion
We love the game, and we want a round to be easier to run and easier to enjoy.
