Partake vs ForeTees
ForeTees builds private club software: a tee sheet with lotteries and member restrictions, a club POS, the ClubCentral member app, and member billing and accounting. Partake fits golf courses that want food ordered to the tee time, a kitchen display that fires courses, recipe food cost, and member charges through Golf365.

| On-course ordering to the tee time | Golfers order from the golfer site for pickup, to a table, or to their tee time. The order lands on the same POS board. | Members order from the ClubCentral app, and orders can fire straight to the POS. Ask the vendor about delivery to a tee time.[7] |

Where Partake is different
Food to the golfer’s tee time
From the golfer site, an order can go to the golfer’s tee time on the course. Staff see where it goes on the same POS board.
A kitchen display that fires courses
Kitchen screens are routed by station, and meal courses fire automatically or on the server’s call.
Food cost from recipes and sales
Partake Costs covers vendors, purchase orders, AP invoices, and counts, and works out food cost from recipes against POS sales.
When ForeTees may be a better fit
ForeTees covers the private club back office, with dues, statements, general ledger, and accounts payable and receivable, alongside a tee sheet with weighted lotteries and member restrictions. A private club that wants its membership billing and books in the same system as tee times and dining may find ForeTees a better fit.[5][2]

Frequently asked questions
- Is Partake an alternative to ForeTees?
- For the tee sheet, food and beverage POS, kitchen display, and golfer site, yes. Partake posts member charges through Golf365 rather than running member billing itself. Compare the checklist on this page and ask both vendors to walk you through a normal day.
- Does Partake integrate with ForeTees?
- No. Partake is not an integration with ForeTees. Partake’s integrations are Stripe for payments, QuickBooks for accounting, and Golf365 (EZ Links) for member charges.
- How does Partake handle member charges?
- Staff look up the member at the POS and post the check to their account through Golf365, including reciprocal clubs. Charges can also sync to QuickBooks.
