Partake vs foreUP

foreUP sells all-in-one golf course software: a tee sheet, golf POS, billing, marketing, and its own payments. Partake fits courses that want the tee sheet and a full food and beverage operation together, with orders to the tee time, a kitchen display, and food cost built in.

Where Partake is different

  • Food to the tee time from your own site

Golfers order from the course-branded golfer site for pickup, to a table, or to their tee time. The order lands on the same POS board the staff already use.

  • A kitchen display with course firing

Any Partake device can run as a kitchen screen. Items route by station, and meal courses fire automatically or when the server calls them.

  • Food cost and purchasing in the same system

Partake Costs covers vendors, purchase orders, AP invoices, and counts, and shows food cost from recipes against what the POS sold.

When foreUP may be a better fit

foreUP describes itself as all-in-one golf course software, with its own payments, tournament management powered by BlueGolf, course maintenance and labor tracking, and more than 25 partner integrations. A course that wants those modules on one account, or already relies on a foreUP partner app, may find foreUP a better fit.[1][5]

Frequently asked questions

Yes. Partake replaces the tee sheet, the food and beverage POS, the kitchen display, and the golfer site in one system. Compare the checklist on this page and ask both vendors to walk you through a normal day.
Does Partake integrate with foreUP?
No. Partake is not an integration with foreUP. Partake’s integrations are Stripe for payments, QuickBooks for accounting, and Golf365 (EZ Links) for member charges.
Can golfers order food to their tee time with Partake?
Yes. On the golfer site an order can go to the golfer’s tee time on the course, and it lands on the same POS board the staff use.
